Sessions

Standard sessions are 50 minutes and are individual therapy appointments

Rates

Initial session (50 min): Free. This policy is in effect to help us understand our ability to form a productive therapeutic relationship
Individual ongoing sessions: $155
Sessions are prorated for appointments scheduled for longer than 50 minutes

Once a working relationship is established, if payment becomes an obstacle, please let me know. Payment plans and limited sliding scales may be available.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance as reimbursement for fees. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that you will need to pay the entire fee without the help of your insurance! Learn more about out-of-network reimbursement as well as the benefits of this form of payment. You may also be able to use your HSA or FSA to pay for session fees.
